TruckNow, LLC operates the TruckNow mobile application, company web portal, and public website. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, request a service, submit a bid, manage a company, use the driver workflow, or contact us. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company information, customer and job details, vehicle and driver records, service schedules, budgets, bids, notes, and completion records.
The TruckNow app may request access to device location for job location selection, map views, routing, and dispatch context. It may request camera or photo access when drivers capture completion proof. We may also store push notification tokens to deliver operational updates. You can manage many permissions in your device settings, although disabling them may limit related features.
We use information to authenticate users, provide and improve TruckNow, create and manage service requests and jobs, enable bidding and dispatch, assign drivers and vehicles, show maps and routes, send operational notifications, create completion receipts, provide support, protect the security of our services, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We share information with service providers that help operate TruckNow, including Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, data storage, notifications, and infrastructure, and Google Maps and routing services for mapping and route features. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet operational and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of non-essential communications and manage device permissions through your device settings. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
